Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Our CrossFit Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
The ultimate results getter! One hour of one-on-one training written just for you and your goals. With personalized attention, you and your trainer are able to work more closely on your goals such as weight loss, strength gain, mobility/flexibility, rehab, sport performance, or any other goals you may have! Small group personal training is also available upon request.

If you’re struggling with certain health issues or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

CrossFit Trinium is excited to offer Fit Moms. This is a one-hour class that focuses on postpartum rehabilitation, restorative exercises, strength training, and conditioning and includes time for socializing with other parents. Fit Moms provides a supportive environment and is appropriate for individuals with or without previous CrossFit experience. Classes are open to mothers of all fitness levels. Scaling options are available to allow anyone to participate and progress. Come in and enjoy an hour of fitness and community!

Masters Class 55+
As we get older it becomes important to focus on exercise and mobility. Don’t think this class will be “easy.” The structure will be like normal Crossfit classes (mobility and warm-up, strength, workout, cool down) and will still be as intense as is appropriate for each person. The goal of your health and fitness is to be able to essentially stay out of a nursing home and live independently longer. As we age, these things become paramount.
CrossFit Kids empowers children to develop body control, learn nutrition concepts, hone life skills and form foundations for healthy habits both physically and mentally. This program utilizes functional movement exercises through a combination of skill practice, workouts and games, teaching kids that fitness is FUN!
